Neill was born and raised in rural Zimbabwe near Harare. Neill excels not only as an accountant and expert of tax in South Africa, but also abroad. His empathy for people and his care and pride for his work allows him to be an out-of-the-box problem-solver for his clients and employees. No matter whether in his work or personal capacity, his life is grounded in his passion and care for his family, friends, and a strong sense of morality.
Greig Sinclair
Director
Greig was born and raised in Cape Town. Greig has broad knowledge and experience from within the professions of accounting, tax and business restructure to name a few. He is well-known among those he works with for his tendency to think deeply on matters. Greig is grounded in his judgments and has a wealth of wisdom to contribute to any situation. Much of that wisdom has come from formal study and experience but he has an element of understanding that is unique to him that no amount of education or experience alone could replicate.

Morné Janse van Rensburg
Managing Director
Morné was born in Kimberley and raised in Cape Town. He leads with a strategic vision and a client-first approach. With over 12 years of experience in tax planning, financial consulting, and regulatory compliance, he specializes in guiding businesses and individuals through complex financial landscapes. His leadership is marked by a commitment to integrity, innovation, and long-term client success. Morné holds a honours degree in management accounting and is recognized for his leadership in the accounting and tax advisory space.

Danielle was born and raised in the Western Cape and brings a calm, grounded energy to her role as Tax Director. Naturally curious and highly organised, she finds genuine satisfaction in solving complex problems and creating clarity in spaces where others might feel overwhelmed. What makes Danielle truly stand out is her ability to connect with people on a personal level — she listens with intention, communicates with clarity, and brings a sense of structure that helps both clients and colleagues feel supported and at ease. Her unique blend of precision, warmth, and quiet determination makes her an invaluable part of the team.
