Michelle Venter
Investment Client Services Manager
Michelle was born and raised in Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu-Natal She brings over 25 years of expertise in accounting and financial management, holding the SAICA-accredited title of Associate General Accountant. She became a part of the group in 2001 as their first SAICA trainee, completing her BCompt Bachelor in Accounting Science from UNISA while pursuing her traineeship.
Throughout her career, Michelle played a pivotal role in establishing the SAIPA and CIMA apprenticeship programs at Hobbs Sinclair. Outside of her professional accomplishments, she is a proud mother of two and enjoys a fulfilling family life with her husband.
Christoff Bothma
Senior Manager
Christoff was born and raised in Durban. He is an individual whose passion for people and genuine warmth fosters a strong sense of community within our business. Complementing this innate ability to connect, he brings a wealth of expertise, making him an invaluable asset to both our clients and colleagues. A SAIPA-accredited Public Accountant, holding a B.Compt from UNISA, he excels in tax-efficient accounting, dedicated to empowering clients to achieve their full financial potential.

Nicole was born in Paarl and raised in Wellington, she thrives in collaborative environments and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Her warm and approachable nature fosters a strong sense of teamwork, while her deep expertise adds immense value to the business.
Carmen Porter
Financial Manager
Carmen was born and raised in Cape Town, her passion for accounting and financial management was only discovered many years after graduating as a music teacher. She finds great reward in facing daily challenges, embracing learning opportunities and interacting with clients and colleagues. She draws inspiration from her parents, who instilled in her the values of integrity, confidence, and a good sense of humour

Cynthia was born and raised in Pretoria, she loves working with people, and her authentic personality as well as empathetic nature, brings a sense of comradery to the business. All this coupled with her expertise make her a valuable asset to the business and to her colleagues.
